Co-working concept, Work.Life, is set to open near King Street next Monday, 19th November. Flinging its doors open on Brown Street, the space promises to be the city’s hottest new work space, having worked with five high-profile Manchester entrepreneurs for the launch of its new space.
In a bid of motivational encouragement, some of the city’s many promising start-ups and entrepreneurs, they’ve announced three inspiring events to take place at Work.Life.
At the events, all three entrepreneurs will share their experience by telling their stories of climbing to the top, whilst also divulging some business tips. Tickets, which are free and are close to selling out, can be booked through EventBrite.
Sacha Lord (Co-Founder, The Warehouse Project, Founder, ParkLife, and Night Time Economy Advisor to Greater Manchester) who has also contributed to the design of Work.Life, comments, “Start ups form the foundation of business throughout Greater Manchester. I’m delighted to see and support Work.Life, which will undoubtedly become a hub for the next generation of entrepreneurs from our city.”
Alongside Karina Jadhav, Nick Speakman and Sacha Lord, the workspace has also teamed up with Steven Bartlett (Founder and CEO, Social Chain) and Anthony Logan (Founder and CEO, Noir) who have all worked with Work.Life to create bespoke artwork for the space.
The Manchester space is the eighth venue for the award-winning company which has already had MTV and Dr. Marten’s as members.
Housing 300 members, the 12,500 sq ft space will offer three exciting levels of membership – Resident (private offices), Local (unlimited hot desking), and Flex (pay-as-you-go hot desking), and will be kitted out with a reception, kitchen, meeting rooms, private phone booths, calming cubicles for people to unwind and breakout areas for members to meet, socialise, collaborate and relax.
In addition to a packed events schedule including weekly yoga classes, beer & pizza nights, ‘lunch & learns’, and networking socials, Work.Life members will also benefit from bicycle storage, showers and a pet-friendly policy. Where do we sign up?
Tours are taking place now and can be booked via work.life/MCR.
