One of our favourite little NQ pubs, The Bay Horse Tavern are celebrating Mother’s Day in Manchester with an all-weekend bottomless brunch from 11am-1pm. With an extra two Jindea Gin cocktails added to the offering (which already includes prosecco and a selection of cocktails such as a Bloody Mary, Irish Coffee, Mimosa, house wine, bottled beer and hot drinks). Available for £30 a head.
Arguably one of the most beautiful spots in Manchester, The Refuge are offering a complimentary glass of prosecco for all mums who dine with them on Mother’s Day – all alongside a delicious Sunday Roast.
Bringing a little sparkle to Mother’s Day in Manchester, Gorilla are bringing a glamorous Mother Mary’s disco brunch special. Serving up their finest brunch specials, think Turkish eggs, slow-cooked short rib, eggs and sumac, breakfast toast and a kedgeree that’ll change your life forever.
Bringing jazz vibes and good times, Albert’s Schloss are running a spectacular Mother’s Day Sunday Service, with DJ Paulette (12pm-5pm), Jazz Quintet (2pm & 3pm), Feel Good Choir (4pm/5pm & 6pm) and DJ Will Tramp (7pm-2am)
There’s some amazing food on the line-up too, with main dishes such as the ‘Berglamm’, pan roasted lamb rump, tomato, sesame broccoli and chilli and mint jam and the ‘Alpine Caesar Salad’, with dressed rocket and baby gem, pea shoots, pretzel croutons, Caesar dressing, whipped goat’s cheese, picked grapes, roasted figs, crispy prosciutto and a crispy soft-boiled egg. To drink, there’s a ‘Lyche and Strawberry Spritz’, concoted from kwai fai, lychee liquer, strawberry gomme, lime juice, grenadine, topped with prosecco and garnished with orange peel.
One of the city’s newest bar and restaurant destinations, Mamucium has unveiled a special three-course Mother’s Day menu, available exclusively on Sunday 31st (from 12pm/£30 a head). Situated within Hotel Indigo Manchester, the menu is available from £30 per person, and includes a glass of prosecco (or soft drink alternative) and the signature house cocktail, Pankhurst’s Revolution will be served to every mother on arrival, making the occasion extra special.
Famous for their ‘Bottomless Weekeneders’, Banyan are planning to take it up a notch this Mother’s Day; their special edition Bottomless Sunday will see Manchester’s lovely mums greeted with a complimentary Hendrick’s ‘Midsummer Solstice’ and tonic to accompany their roast… of which you can enjoy two fabulous courses for £15.95.
