Introducing #MadeForSundays, the brand new menu for the best Sunday roasts from Grill on New York Street. The extensive menu has been carefully curated to offer classic roast dinners with all the best trimmings.
Located behind Piccadilly Gardens, New York Street will be the place to be on Sundays. Grill on New York Street will start serving from midday until they sell out so be sure to get down early with prices starting at £14.50.
The #MadeForSundays menu has a range of options with one, two or three courses to choose from. On the starters menu, diners will find Potted Beef, served with toasted sourdough and American mustard; Torched Red Pepper Houmous, crudities and garlic crisp breads; and Smoked Haddock Fishcake with watercress, lemon and lime mayonnaise.
For the main event, Grill on New York Street will be dishing out a trio of different roasts. Half-Roasted Chicken with Stuffing, Roast Leg of Pork with Crackling and Roast Topside of Beef will be available every Sunday. Each will be served with the traditional trimmings of carrot and swede mash, beef dripping potatoes, homemade Yorkshire puddings, finished off with a helping of proper gravy.
To take Sunday dinner to the next level, guests can even choose a sharing roast for up to four people, starting at £50 for two. Grill on New York Street’s signature English Longbone Beef roast is a ‘Tomahawk’ ribeye steak, served on the bone for the best flavour with side portions to split between the group.
If you’re still not totally stuffed, #MadeForSunday’s dessert menu has the most delicious selection with options including Sticky Toffee pudding with vanilla ice cream, Baked Apple and Rhubarb Charlotte with vanilla ice cream and raspberry coulis, or Pecan Tart, served with salted caramel and ice cream.
Grill on New York Street is well-known for its extensive drinks menu, so diners can enjoy a pre or post-meal drink in the restaurants spacious bar area. The cocktail menu has something for everyone, offering up Blackhouse favourites, classic cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks.
