Andrew Green, Executive Head Chef at Manchester restaurant Mamucium has this week revealed a brand-new, unlimited (yep…) sharing menu.
The only catch – your dishes are at the complete will of the chef.
Available from the 15th April, the unlimited sharing menu at Mamucium has been exclusively designed by Green to give guests a sense of curiosity and intrigue. Ideal for larger parties, the menu becomes an engaging experience, as dishes are shared across the table, giving diners the chance to share and interact.
A culinary concept that takes you on a journey through British modern food, Mamucium offers a Mancunian twist on classic recipes. With an unlimited sharing menu, Green showcases his passion for serving creative dishes packed full of flavour. With a team of experienced chefs on hand to construct unlimited dishes, made using only the finest seasonal ingredients available in the kitchen – this approach will see the offerings change with the seasons.

I’ve always been incredibly passionate about being creative and bold, putting a modern twist on classic dishes people know and love. Here, guests can come in and try something new, pushing them out their comfort zones and generating conversations. I want them to leave, having experienced unique flavours and ingredients that perhaps they wouldn’t if they were left to their own devices.”
Priced at £59.00 (per head) booking is required when choosing to dine on the unlimited sharing menu.
Mamucium has also revealed an accessible tasting menu, showcasing the very best of Green’s modern British menu, complete with a Mancunian twist.
Launching on 15th April, guests can choose from a five or eight course tasting menu, designed exclusively by Green to explore the Mamucium concept – a creative melting pot of classic dishes that have been given a unique, northern spin; inspired by his Manchester roots.
