Hard Rock International will be unveiling its most extensive menu innovation in the company’s history on Friday 14 June.
The improved menu will now have more 20 new dishes to debut in select locations all around the world.
Manchester’s Hard Rock Cafe will see additions of brand new, award-winning steak burgers and here to steal the spotlight is the world’s first ever 24-Karat Gold Leaf Steak Burger™.

This menu innovation represents the most significant in the brand’s history and reflects our goals of ensuring everything from our music to our menu is fresh at Hard Rock locations around the world.”
The legendary restaurant will also be donating some proceeds from the sales of the golden burger to Action Against Hunger.
The flashy new menu promises fresh Sliders and Shareables to encourage diners to explore their options and create a unique playlist of exciting meals. Choices will include One Night in Bangkok Spicy Shrimp™, Whiskey Bacon Jam Sliders and Three Cheese and Roma Tomato Flatbread to name just a few. This way, everyone gets to pick a favourite and indulge in some of the menu’s best offerings in a special pick and mix style of dining.
As well as the option to curate your own mini-menu, the Hard Rock Cafe is introducing the most Instagram-able Boozy Milkshakes in a range of flavours. Guests can choose from the twists on classic favourites like Strawberry Cheesecake and Cookies & Cream, with alcoholic options and virgin milkshakes for the under 18s so that everyone can join in the fun.
These exclusive, beautifully decorated shakes will only be on offer for limited times as Hard Rock change the menu to mark special occasions throughout the calendar year, such as Valentine’s Day, St Patrick’s Day and Pride Month. Hard Rock Cafe’s signature Steak Burgers have been collecting awards before their arrival on the new menu, including accolades like “Fan Favorite” at the 2019 Riverwalk Fort Lauderdale Burger Battle, “Best Burger” in the 2019 Porthole Cruise Editor-in-Chief Awards and “Ultimate Winner/Best in Miami” at the 2018 Miami Times Burgerfest.
By paying attention to detail and using their own special blend of fresh, 100 per cent Certified Angus Beef®, Hard Rock have succeeded in making the most flavourful beef burger possible.
As well as the legendary 24-Karat Gold Leaf Steak Burger™ the new menu will welcome the fan-favourite Original Legendary® Burger, The Big Cheeseburger, The Double Decker Double Cheeseburger and The BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger, all weighing in at a hefty 227g.
The launch of the new lineup also falls on Hard Rock’s Founder’s Day, a tribute to honour the original rock and rollers who opened the doors to the first ever Hard Rock Cafe in London on 14 June 1971.
Hard Rock Cafe’s all over the world will be celebrating Founder’s Day by honouring the spirit of the brand and inviting diners to experience the impressive new additions at their Burgers & Beats events featuring live music performances from established bands and DJs.
The Burgers & Beats parties will be kicking off celebrations in major cities including New York, Chicago, Madrid and Rome.
