Dakota Manchester counts down to the big launch and invites the people of Manchester to show off their style for the chance to feature on their feed and win dinner at The Dakota Grill.
Street photographer ‘The Mancorialist’ is teaming up with Hotel Dakota to discover the people that make Manchester so magical. The luckiest of individuals who find themselves on the luxury hotel’s feed will also be invited to dine at The Dakota Grill, which is set to be Manchester’s newest and most popular brasserie.
With a hotly-anticipated opening (on 18th May), the luxury boutique hotel has partnered with renowned Manchester street photography collective, The Mancorialist, who captures the city’s most stylish individuals, and who will be souring the streets to discover and photograph any individuals who embody the nature of Dakota.
The Dakota Manchester campaign, ‘I Like Your Style’, speaks to the classic and timelessness of Manchester. Owner Ken McCullcoh says, “It’s personal. I wanted to compliment the city. The essence of simplicity runs into everything at Dakota, so I think it suits Manchester and it suits us.”
One-Manchester headed to the Dakota hotel in Glasgow for an exclusive sample of what’s to come when the site launches on Ducie Street, at the edge of the Northern Quarter.
To support the campaign, some of Manchester’s most iconic faces have been photographed by The Mancorialist, such as Sacha Lord and DJ Paulette.
Dakota Deluxe Manchester is launching this May, bringing with it 137 beautifully designed bedrooms and 20 lavish suites. As the latest addition to Piccadilly Basin, the luxury award winning boutique hotel will sit as the crown of the Northern Quarter – hailing from Ducie Street, just a stone’s throw away from Piccadilly Station.
To be in with a chance of being captured by The Mancorialist, get your glad-rags on this Saturday and head into the city centre of Manchester between 12 pm – 3 pm.
