Get ready for an all new dining experience as iconic French restaurant group Brasserie Blanc brings a slice of rural France to Hale Barns. Acclaimed chef Raymond Blanc has set his sights sky-high with plans to open Brasserie Blanc’s newest destination restaurant and terrace within the newly refurbished Manchester Airport Marriott Hotel on 16th July.
From starting a holiday the right way with a relaxing breakfast, to dinner and drinks with friends, just because; Brasserie Blanc will delight locals, business travellers and holiday makers alike, with its contemporary dining room, spacious bar, outdoor terrace and a menu bursting with authentic French dishes with a modern international flavour.
Open seven days a week serving breakfast through to afternoon tea and dinner, just a stone’s throw from the airport terminal, Brasserie Blanc will welcome early morning espresso seekers, business lunchers and evening drinkers. Enjoy light starters of vegetable summer rolls stuffed with avocado, carrots, mint, cucumber, coriander pesto and a soy dipping sauce or, for seafood lovers, why not try potted Cromer crab or moules marinieres.
New international dishes inspired by Raymond’s travels are perfect for a summer lunch from fruity lamb tagine to grilled cod with preserved lemon and squid ink risotto, whilst great quality steaks or free-range Cornish beef burger with fries and Comté cheese are hearty choices for healthy appetites.
All the dishes are beautifully complemented by Brasserie Blanc’s global wine menu and extensive cocktail and spirits selection which, on warmer days, can be enjoyed outside in the sumptuous surroundings of the showstopper terrace that will transport you to the warmer climes of the French Riviera and further afield.
